Electricity in the body is produced by chemical reactions in the brain and distributed by the nerves.There is no storage and when the brain dies it stops producing electricity and everithing else dies.

Yes it does dissipate, along with your body heat. No goofy fantasies like "souls" needed.

My science teacher fr trade school said that electricity doesn't have a beginning or end. Some people believe that it is you soul or essence. So the electricity that runs through your body don't end when you die.
