Time travel is part of physics and it is seriousely considered.

To my clever people who already answered this:

According to the scientific method all statements are considered preliminary until proven otherwise. End of the 18th century it was considered that physics "has come to an end" and only some problems have to be solved: and then came Einstein and opened new doors .....

And in the meantime there is even proof of dark energy and dark matter (predicted in the cosmic factor by Einstein) in the universe and we have no idea what it is and how it works ....

Time travel in the future is quite easy, time travel in the past is also possible if time is not a vector but if time is formed like a band (wormholes) ....

Time travel - as opposed to time distortion - has not been observed yet, so there is no theory. Scientifically, a theory is an explanation of a set of facts, not an "educated guess" about an idea.

This is why theories of evolution, global warming, continental drift, nuclear physics, etc describe well-established facts and observations. Sorry, creationists, you lose again.

If there were such a theory, and if it was scientific, it would be considered science, and would probably be physics.

Einstein was about science, and he was the first to theorize time travel. So I would think so, wouldn't you?
