Idk. call Privacy manager and they will block it from your phone.

If it's an 800 number, chances r it's a bill collector.

Use reverse finder on Yellow.com. Most of those #'s you can't call them back, they have a recorded message saying it's disconnected! Ha! Then how'd you call me right?
