Just because a man doesn't hear the woman being doing that in the woods doesn't make him right. If he's wrong, then he's still wrong!

I don't think so becasue if you don't hear it you're not aware of it, and how can you be responsible for things you're not aware of-as far as him being in the "wrong wood" he could have been camping.
