Try switching to regular cigarettes. After a while that should overtake the cigar smell.

The car interior needs to be cleaned if you want to clean it yourself there is a great cleaner and odor remover it work very very well it is call ODO BAN you can get it at a Sam's club store

clean your car, vacuum out all the crap, clean the windows with windex, use some armor all on the dash, then clean the carpeting and all the uphonstery wtih a carpet cleaner. those accesories to clean your furniture are perfect to clean your car. it will be good as new. then just hang a cool air freshener in there.

take to car wash and have it detailed inside
then spray alot of Fabreeze in the car for afew days in a row.
