You must be gorgeous girl well i would either go with one or two main colors at a time. For eyes i would do either a shimmery kind og paleish green, gold (not too over done though), or a shimmery grey. Add black mascara two top and bottom lashes and some gloss to the lips and you are set!

To make your beautiful green eyes POP, here are some suggestions:

Eyes:
Use a vibrant color blue when you go out
If you are just going to work or hanging out, a bronze color will bring them out naturally
Purple is also a very good chose as far as making your eyes pop
to make them really stand out, use black eye liner on the bottom, and if you want more of a classy look line your top lid as well

Lips:
I personally think that on tan skin, anything girly looks amazing. Nothing bright, keep it natural and pouty looking.
When applying lipstick, use your finger tip. This adds texture to them. After applying, kiss a tissue to make sure the lipstick has been distributed evenly.
As far as colors go, I would go with a light pink, flesh colored or perhaps a brown BUT not too dark or light. You want it probably a shade/two shades darker than your complexion. Here is a suggestion to get Angelina Jolie lips:
Put foundation on your lips when applying to face. Use a light coat of both foundation and pressed powder. Apply a light colored pink (not bright at all, very feminine) and put it on applying with your finger tips. After that, kiss a tissue. Take a purple colored lip liner, and gently line the outside of your lips, DO NOT OVER DO IT, you will look like a prostitute. Once the liner is applied, use your finger stroking UP your lip to distribute the liner evenly. After that, take clear lip gloss and apply, kiss a tissue and boom....you have luscious lips like Angelina. I have personally done this look and lemme tell you, my boyfriend LOVES it because he says they look very kissable. The colors I suggested shall bring out your tan, but it won't make you look gothic. It will make you look very girly, grown up, celebrity like. It should also go well with your hair.

Blush:
When using blush, I wouldn't use any wacky colors. Stick with colors that go well with your complexion. Since you are tan, I would stick with things that bring out the tan such as blush that highlights your cheek bones without really looking like blush. This gives a beautiful natural look. A cheap blush-highlighting brand is Wet N' Wild at any Wal-Mart or pharmacy. It should be in the "bronzer/blush" and it works as well as a $15 compact of blush. Added info: When applying blush, use circular motion starting from the upper part of the cheek bone working downward.
These tips should help you get a start of your new look.
Good luck, I hope this helps.

I WOULD SAY GO WITH BROWN OR MAYBE GREEN TONES FOR YOUR EYE SHADOW. GO WITH BLACK MASCARA. DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU ARE WEARING, I WOULD SAY NATURAL TONES FOR YOUR LIPSTICK. GOOD LUCK.
