Use a plunger....use a plumbers snake if you have too! Or Just call a plumber!

If you're not afraid to get your hands dirty, try taking out the trap and dumping it in the trash, thats where most clogs are. Pouring a whole bottle of draino and plunging it every 15 minutes works too.

get a coat hanger, flatten it out and put the hook part down the sink hole. I guarantee you that you will find a huge wad of hair. also, try a toothbrush once you get the end of the hairball. it is disgusting, but it works!!!

Gel draino. Pour one pint and let it sit for an hour. Then flush with hot water. Works great. Used it myself.

Take the trap off, I've found things like butter knives in them, things draino won't dissolve.
