Oh, bad idea pinning them! steam your face either with a facial steamer or a bowl of boiling water and a towel, do this for 15 mins about twice a week. after you have steamed your face use an oil free clenaser to cleanse the pores. at first the toxins in the skin willc ome out so your face will be more spotty for a few days but it will soon settle and your pores will minimise. this helped me as I suffered from them really bad!

Medical Care: No topical or systemic medications are effective on primary and secondary milia. Single case reports have demonstrated the success of topical isotretinoin and minocycline in treating patients with milia en plaque.

Surgical Care: Milia can be safely left alone, but if the patient requests treatment, then incision with a cutting-edge needle and manual expression of the contents are effective. This can be performed without local anesthetic. Milia en plaque has been treated effectively with electrodesiccation, carbon dioxide laser, and cryosurgery

Milia is caused by dryness. The best and safest way to have them removed is to see a beauty therapist - she will probably prick them with a steralised pin and squeeze them out. Don't try doing it yourself as you could damage and scar your skin. Exfoliation is a good way of preventing it.
