In the beginning of Pirates 1 under what name does jack sign himself in under upon entering port royal?

When Jack first arrives at Port Royal, the dock master requests a shilling and his name. Jack gives him 3 shillings and suggests forgetting the name. The dock master then closes the sign in book and calls Jack "Mr. Smith". Hope that helps.
