Well experts.about.com might be able to assist you. But I personally recommend doing what we were taught in the 3rd grade *Vowels & *Pronunciation in other words SOUND IT OUT
I'm gonna take a whack at it
SAR-IN-TUH-KOS
ok in simpler terms
sar ; like Sara without saying Sara with the a then in like IN tuh like duh with a t and no d and kos like coast without the t so just coas not co-as say Coast as if you were saying it normally but don't say it with the T
^ actually the 2nd one may have been a little more complicated - maybe not
