An artesian oasis.
Different from ....... a well(dug by humans fed by an artesian source)
Different from.....a guelta(crevice in rock filled by seasonal showers or incidental showers)
Ayn....or eye...small pool or well.
Zirr of clay waterjar...secret dump of water in the sand used by nomads.
Birr...a well.
Qusr...a well or small lake.
Fata Morgana or mirage...something that looks like a well in the distance but is not there.Very nasty..when you are thirsty.
