I'd say be confident. Nothings hotter than when a girl takes charge, so go over, toss your hair, and ask him out. If you're feeling sassy enough tell him that he's going out with you. Do something adorable like write your number on his hand. Just exude confidence and don't show that you're freaked, and he'll be all over you. I think you should get someone else to tell him for you. Like what I did was: I told my best friend and I asked her to tell her that I liked him. Then, right in front of him, pretend to be mad that she told him and argue with her. Then, send him an e-mail or call him and ask him out.
