HI, you could look through www.craigslist.org and try and find one, I live in the Valley and can expect to pay 1200 and up for a 2 bedroom, housing is crazy expensive here in California, but the weather is worth it!!

there is southeastern cali, the Imperial beach apts and condo from 1200 plus

You can find cheap apartments in any city if you want to live in ghetto.
