Buffalo, often used in Italy
Sheep
Goats
Horses
Asses (donkeys)
Camels (including the South American camelids)
Yaks in Tibit and Mongolia
Water buffalo
Reindeer
Russia and Sweden, small moose dairies exist
Donkey and horse milk have the lowest fat content
Milk of seals contains more than 50% fat

Is this enough. Check on the internet - it is amazing what you can find.

As the entire order of Mammalia is named after the mammarary gland ALL mammals produce milk.

Non-eutherian mammals like the echidna and platypus pass milk through their skin rather than a teat adopted for the purpose. Lionesses might not be susceptible to humans with a wicked glint in their eye but if you really want to be a connoisseur of cheese I suggest you try Dolphin cheese which is interesting and the cheese from horse-shoe bats which takes a while to collect and has a delightful aftertaste. regards.

In the Scriptures, “sheep” often denote the defenseless, innocent, and, at times, abused people. (2Sa 24:17; Ps 44:11, 22; 95:7; 119:176; Mt 10:6, 16; Joh 21:16, 17; Ro 8:36) Under unfaithful shepherds or leaders, the Israelites as God’s sheep suffered greatly. Through his prophet Ezekiel, Jehovah presents a most pathetic picture of neglect: “The flock itself you do not feed. The sickened ones you have not strengthened, and the ailing one you have not healed, and the broken one you have not bandaged, and the dispersed one you have not brought back, and the lost one you have not sought to find, but with harshness you have had them in subjection, even with tyranny. And they were gradually scattered because of there being no shepherd, so that they became food for every wild beast of the field.” (Eze 34:3-5) By contrast, Jesus’ sheep, both the “little flock” and the “other sheep,” who follow his lead, are well cared for. (Lu 12:32; Joh 10:4, 14, 16; Re 7:16, 17) In Jesus’ illustration of the sheep and the goats, the goats represent those persons who refuse to do good to the least of his brothers.—Mt 25:31-46. The he-goat of Daniel’s prophecy represented the Grecian (or Greco-Macedonian) World Power. (Da 8:5-8, 21) Concerning this The Imperial Bible-Dictionary (edited by P. Fairbairn, London, 1874, Vol. I, p. 664) observes: “It is interesting to know that this [the goat] was the recognized symbol of their nation by the Macedonians themselves. Monuments are still extant in which this symbol occurs, as one of the pilasters of Persepolis, where a goat is depicted with one immense horn on his forehead, and a Persian holding the horn, by which is intended the subjection of Macedon by Persia” (something accomplished by the Persians toward the close of the sixth century B.C.E.).

Cheese can, at least in theory, be made from the milk of any lactating mammal. Lioness's cheese might be very cool! I'll make it, if you like, but I think I'll let you collect the milk!

Yuk - lions cheese?!

Mozzarella is made from buffalo milk. Sorry, don't fancy the lions cheese! Might try llama cheese at a push - and I'm pretty adventurous!

You can make cheese from any mammal's milk. Making cheese from carnivores' milk is a bad idea because of the strong flavors, low volume and high fat content.

These are guesses:

Yaks are pretty certain as they are cattle, near as dammit! There are other cow like animals in India.

The wild guess is the Camel.

I would bet Seal milk is too fishy?

Buffalo, of course. Lions are mammals, so they lactate.
But you milk her. Let me know how that works out :)
