I never have, but I would love to! Grace Kelly, the most beautiful woman to ever live, lived in Monaco! As far as I know, her incredibly hot granddaughter Charlotte lives there now. It's so small though, if you go like a 1/2 mile in any direction, you're in France or the sea!
It's very, very expensive to live there though I've heard. I'm pretty sure it's all fairly wealthy though, I don't think there's a "ghetto" of Monaco!

Sorry, it's gorgeous, not "cool". But, if by using "cool" you mean expensive, it's O.K.
