Yes it is! If you have Windows XP, click on Help, type home wireless net work and start reading to learn what you need and how to do it. It's very simple.

If you don't want to do that, call the Geek Squad and have them do it for you at a cost of about $200.00 to $400.00; depending on what hardware you need.

I can't really understand what your questions is, but I guess I can give it a shot.
If you're looking to connect to internet via your landline, that is simple, no matter where you are and have a valid User Id and Password, you can.
If you are looking to connect to the Internet via your "wireless phone" you can, as long as you have a data cable or an active "bluetooth, edge" etc connections from your phone to your PC.
And if your questions is simply regarding "SHARING" a wireless connection that is active in your household, I don't see why you can't log on to the internet at the same time your sister does from her laptop, coz all wireless radio modules(Modems) can support multiple secure connections.

Seriously: if you can't answer that question yourself, you shouldn't WANT it. Because it means you do NOT have enough knowledge to do it SECURE. Many many many many many n00bs wireless networks are hacked into. Like pedophiles and virusus which use your network. Most computer users will never know it or find out. For a computer illiterate person, it's very hard to make the wireless network secure/safe. For you own protection: please use cabled connections, instead of wireless connections.

I know someone who uses VERY EASY to find software, with wich he can monitor MSN-chats in the neighbourhood. I tell you, none of those MSN-people ever will know that they are monitored by some random 'computer-geek'. And i tell you, if he does more work, he can do much more then just monitor the MSN-chats.

Yes it is possible.

If both have no wireless connection and you want it then buy USB WLAN for each computer. Then follow instructions from the links below.
