I'm sure they read as much as they can. But I bet most of them could care less about what we think.
If I was making tha kind of money, I would like to find out what people really think of me, but wouldn't pay too much attention to it. I just kick back in my swimming pool and keep collecting millions. =)

Not unless the have absolutly nothing else better to do with their time! Now their P.R. people ....that's another story!

Honestly I would think not. If they cared about everything we thought, I think they would go crazy.
