This guy called me ugly and it hurt more then anything! I spent an hour crying at home on my pillow. I really don't think im ugly!!! I have 2 ears 1 nose 2 beautiful blue glowing eyes and everything else a human being should have so why am i ugly??? Their are people who are missing body parts... people who have 5 chins and he picks on me!!! When i look in the mirror i feel very pretty but what's the point if other people don't see that???

i totally understand how you feel. Ive been called one of the hottest kids in the 7th grade and then some people who desperatley must need to gain some weight are calling me ugly and too skinny. I think everyone should just mind their own business and dont go telling people bad things about them espicaelly if you hardly know them. Do not ever come out saying "your ugly or fat", that can really break a person and i think its very wrong. I never go up to someone i know and call them ugly to their face. Is it really their fault? No, it is not. Its their parents genetics and they cannot pick what they would like to look like. Do not listen to them. If you show them that your going to get upset and cry that will make them call you ugly more. If you think you are beuituful thats what matters. i think i look great and if anyone disagree's that their opion. When people try to start stuff like that with me i say to them," im sorry but i really dont care and it doesnt realy effect me" and they just leave. At first I wanted to say people are just mean but after reading your email you sound a little shallow. People with missing body parts are not ugly. If you let everone know you think you are pretty then he called you ugly to hurt you. I you really think people are ugly because they are missing body parts you need to start thinking of other people before yourself more.

I don't know why people are so mean but you know, it's only only your outer beauty that makes you beautiful. Personally, I don't think you should have let what this boy said get to you. Just because someone may not be hot on the outside, does not mean they are ugly on the inside. I'm sure you are a very beautiful person on the inside.

Don't give him your energy! If he's so mean-spirited, why would you want to waste time on caring what he said? He's not worth your time, tears, effort, thoughts, or energy.
Every single person on this planet has at least one attractive physical or emotional trait, and you should absolutely pride yourself on what makes you beautiful in and out. If you like your eyes, smile inwardly about how your eyes will eventually make someone's heart flutter. Or just be happy that you have awesome eyes!
I've been called many things including ugly and fat, and I know it hurts, but life is short, and I can't bear wasting time on those kinds of people.

I wonder if you have inner beauty, criticizing people who have more than a double chin. Everyone was created to have flaws. I'll bet you are pretty. The guy doesn't have a life and time to spend, so he points out people's flaws. I don't think you should believe him, just get on with your life and appreciate the people that do like you for who are!

That guy is probably just playing with ya, or else he just doesn't like you. I've dealt with the same thing, I feel for you! Tell him to get a life and if he has nothing nice to say to not say anything at all! Also tell him if he truly needs to criticize someone that he should see a counselor!

First off who really cares what one guy says. You are beautiful if you think your beautiful. You have to love yourself before anyone else can see your beauty.As a child I was made fun of all the time. It made me stronger. Today this may bother you but as you grow you change. Things that bother you today may become insignicant tomorrow.

he is just trying to be cool and all.you said why do they pick on you instead of someone with 5 chins,that's even meaner.so you should be happy about the way you look.i sometimes get called ugly too.but doesn't everybody?everyone is beautiful in different ways.so if he calls you ugly again, you should say....... "hey,look at you.at lease i look better than you.your just jealous because i look better than you b@ich."

the only thing that matters is how YOU feel about yourself and not what other people think of you...I had to put up with it in high school and I tried my hardest to not pay attention to them...sadely i became suicidal and after when I think about it now, it was stupid and I look at them now and ya sure they might be straight A students but they are no better than I am or you... if anybody else says that to you just think to yourself that they are just full of it and that you are you and you don't have to look like them to feel comfortable with yourself and seem pretty to them...the only thing that counts is how you feel about your own self........I hope this helps!!!
