For the time being yes. However, like everything which becomes popular, hackers will start to create ways to profit from it. For example take MySpace. Once a little social network website which became hughly popular. Now, hacker use the network to spread spam, worms, Trojan horses and other malicious programs. Another example is Firefox. Before it became popular, Firefox had no major security flaws reported. Once it became a popular web browser, stealing 10% of IE users, 2 dozen security flaws were being exploited.

I suggest that, if you are going to use StumbleUpon, you should install McAfee's SiteAdvisor (http://www.siteadvisor.com/). It is a very effective security tool and is worth installing. By the way, I have been using StumbleUpon for close to 3 years and it is very cool.
