It depends if there is enough water in the clouds, along with temperatures less than 32 degrees F(0 degrees C).

And the weather people on tv have a 50:50 chance of getting it wrong. Maybe more than that.

In the UK at the moment we have got very high winds and rain, the temperature is very mild for this time of the year. For this time of the year we should be having cold frosts, and maybe snow flurries. I will be eating my Christmas dinner in the back garden at this rate if it gets any warmer.

i had a blizzard 2 weeks ago which was so heavy it lay on the ground even though the ground was wet from a previous rain shower. guess it just depends where you are
