Daycare diaper?

I was just thinking:

How would diaper checks be run in a daycare type of enviroment? Tons of kids, how would you know who made a mess, or if any of them made a mess?

I think that they schedule diaper changes at certain times of the day. If a child makes a mess, they will smell it and 'pin' down the culprit.
