Daycare diaper?

I was just thinking:

How would diaper checks be run in a daycare type of enviroment? Tons of kids, how would you know who made a mess, or if any of them made a mess?

They have a changing schedule.. they change all of the kids every 2 hours atleast.

they all on a 2 hour check list, unless of coarse something stinky arises amongst the midst

They have a schedule or they just use their nose..if its really bad!

you would just have to check them frequently.
