He always flirts with me even though I hate him so much and I like this other guy and I know this guy gets turned off by this guy who is always flirting with me who I am not interested in.

if u follow these simple instructions u will have success!:
1) pretend to flirt and exc.
2)and then get close to him
3) hug him
4)knee him on the spot
5)a. if he falls down kick him b. if he just stands there just slap him HARD
6) tell him to leave you alone or ELSE!
