another SIMS question =]?

why is SIMS Deluxe Edition cheaper than SIMS 2 or even SIMS 1? Isn't it the same as SIMS 1 for the most part? but its still like 10 dollars cheaper on amazon.com...???

I don't know why the Deluxe Edition is cheaper. I bought the Sim City 6000 and personally, I hated it!♥
