well a 3 month old it could be that the baby is getting to much liquid in his or her diet. if your breast feeding its whatever you are eatting. its normal to have runny then clumpy or different colored its ok. and its there bodies getting rid of the things they dont use.

breastfed babies will have runny poo until they are introduced to solid foods. The color should be bright yellow to light green and liquidy. Breastfed babies are so well hydrated is the reason for the consistency and if your baby is strictly on breastmilk right now than you probably have no need for concern.

If your baby is starting to get teeth then the extra saliva can produce runny stools. Also if he has a small cold where his nose is a little runny then this can cause it too.

It's very common for bf babies to have runny poo. It doesn't turn solid until he eats solids like cereal etc.

Probably teething! My son always got diarrhea with a new tooth. Feel along his gumline. (usually the bottom comes in first)

Good luck!!

sounds like an upset stomach or indigestion, has your child's behavior changed? have you altered anything in his/her diet? if your doctor is not concerned you should relax, however if it continues and you remain concerned you should get a second opinion. try to stay off the dairy products (hopefully your child is a stage where he/she can eat solid foods, if so, have your child eat lightly for a while.

It is very normal. If it were diareah, your baby would be dehydrated. And it is even more common for breast fed babies
