Sounds like it should work, but it won't - at least not with helium or hydrogen filled bras. It takes about a liter of helium to lift 1 gram. So to lift or provide relief for the more generously endowed, it would be necessary to carry around a bunch of weather balloons.
Good try, though. It only takes one great idea to make you rich, so keep thinking!

Craig is right. Helium isn't light enough to lift them. It takes a couple dozen helium filled balloons to lift even a stapler. If you wanted the bra to be able to lift your breasts, the bra would have to be bigger than you.
