It's a grandfather, his son, and his grandon. The Grandfather is one father. His son is a son AND a father, and the grandon is the second son.

I see what everyone else is answering; however, I'm going to say something different...
It's possible because one of the men was Jesus and He multiplied the fish so that everyone was able to have their own fish. ;-)
