waxing is prob your best bet, but have you ever heard of Finishing touch? It is a little shaver that does not hurt you at all and you can you it under lip on eye brows sentive areas, it works really well and is fast , simple, and effective. If you go to a riteaid they usually sell them for 10.00 - 15.00(or online) and it is def. worth it.
Hope this helps..goodluck.

Well, here are your options with the advantages and disadvantages as I see them:
* Plucking/waxing/epilating/threading can all cause hair in that area to come back darker and thicker. It's an area where hair grows because it's very sensitive to hormonal stimulation by testosterone.
* Chemical depilatories like Nair can burn the skin badly. Indeed, since skin and hair are very similar in compositon, what's strong enough to destroy hair will cause damage to skin.
* Laser can give long term results if your moustache hair is very black and your skin very fair, but it can also damage your skin and especially discolour it. And it sometimes isn't good with hormonally-driven growth.
* Electrolysis can give permanent results but can also damage and scar your skin and discolour it.
* The way that's least likely to do damage, either temporary or permaent, is to shave it using an electric razor. Someone's already mentioned the Finishing Touch -- but whatever you do, dont try using an ordinary women's-type electric razor -- they're not designed for use on your face. By far the best are the Norelco models (known as Philishave outside the US) from the men's range. Shaving won't make hair grow darker or coarser (though of course hormonally-driven hair growth tends to get darker and coarser on its own). The Norelco men's models grip each hair, hold it under very gentle tension and depress the skin before cutting the hair, so the hair then retreats beneath the surface of the skin. Neat! Very few women who have tried one of the men's Norelcos would use anything else (but they're for the face only and not any use at other areas -- they can't cut anything longer than about 1/8" at the longest; you've got to use the built-in trimmer if it's longer than that).

Nair is a good product to use. Just make sure you don't have sensitive skin because it can cause your skin to have a burning feeling for a little while. There is also a special razor for eyebrows and mustache but it might make it grow back thicker. The only good solution is Nair or plucking, which that takes a little while to get used to.

Not sure if this would be available in a convenient area close to you, but I have been going to this Indian lady to remove my unwanted facial hair. The Indians and Arabs have created this technique they call 'threading', and as you can guess, it is a combination of thread and hand skills to remove the facial hair. Its a little hard to describe, but since I have been going to this lady (its been about two years), she has actually reduced the amount of my facial hair. I know its unbelievable, but its true. I used to have to go every 4 weeks, but now I only visit her once every 8 weeks. Also, threading can actually pick up the very fine hairs that plucking or waxing can't. Try it!

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are “permanent” hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

you may get some tweezers and p.c.. each hair, counting on how a lot that's. It hurts till you get use to it. Takes longer for the hair to develop lower back, and it would not go away a mark.

Bleach.
It makes hair unnoticable,
and there's no pain involved.
But, whenever you start to see darker hairs again (about 2 weeks or so), bleach again!

Burn them off with a lighter. Additionally, it creates a wonderful aroma that fills the room for hours.
