damn ur goin all out. i like the wii cause i dont think the xbox has any good games other than amped or unreal tournament, and i heard gears of war is good too. but the wii it doesnt matter what game u play its amazingly fun. i played a retarded monster truck racing game with my brother and as retarded as the game is, its hella fun to play

HOLD off on the WII as of know they do not have a DVD player and they just made a deal with Roxio to add one and some other things that will make the Wii that much more awesome, i suppose. However, the xBox has more games and is an overall good platform. In addition if your husband is athletic in the least bit, or competitive, there has been reports of men throwing the changer through the television while playing a game because they get into it too much. lol

The X box 360 is awsome but if he likes to be more involved in his game get him the Nintendo Wii, pluse you get the bonus of watching him make really funny moves when he is playing!

Nintendo wii i think is better because it has a lot of moving and u don't have to sit and do nothing

I'd go for a nintendo wii, since im an avid nintendo fan. They have really novice friendly games. So if you dont play much games then you could easily play them with him.

buy him an xbox360
it has more games for adults rather than the little kid games that the wii provides.
there have been reports that the wii controlers will fly out of gamers' hands and break objects and that if the controler is out of the TV's range then the game will stop working, which is pretty bad.

Definetely the Wii. Three of my friends got them for Christmas. And all three of them are currently in their homes playing like little children.

first, why did you put husband in quotes? either you're married or you're not. but anyway....
it depends on what type of games he's more into. if he's not really into the typical nintendo games and likes more of the combat and racing ones, then i would go with the xbox.
