Hydrogen because it has less mass. its really simple.
tempreture is the same so the energy is the same. thus the lighter one is moving faster.

According to the Kinetic Theory of Gasses The Hydrogen molecules will be moving about 4 times as fast as the Oxygen molecules at the same temperature.

temperature is a measure of kinetic energy...since both molecules have the same kinetic energy, the lighter one must be moving faster, hence Hydrogen is moving faster than oxygen
