Nope , its actually the right think to do instead of actually insulting them out loud. Somewhat the proper thing to do.

No- don't let it out in the form of actions. Last night I was working- after working all day. I think a comment was aimed at me- and it was said into the overhead PA system- for everybody could hear. I thought to myself- what a low-life, ignornant man! It felt good, but I kept it to myself. When I got in my car after- then I let it out!
