lets say i own a free standing bar/tavern? its not attached to any other building.but on this same lot i have a empty house.can i allow my patrons to come over to the house i own and offer them beer and let them enjoy smoking in my house that is not attached to my bar but both are on the same property.this way my patrons wont be smoking in my smoke free bar but the can walk 10 feet to my house that is empty and enjoy beer, smoking and maybe a dj for music.of course id have to give them beer or they could bring their own or buy it from my bar to go and then walk over to my house and enjoy it and smoke!,,,,,,is this legal in ohio with the new smoking ban.

I think your bigger problem is going to be having a liquor license, but giving it away at your house.

For one, I think there's a legal issue there.

For another, you'd lose money at the bar.

the smoking yes you could do, bringing the beer i would have to say no. As for having a dj you might be getting kind of iffy there too, in order to allow smoking there i think you would have to keep at is your own house, offer no other services and kind say they are guests. Otherwise your back to the same why can't i open a bar just for smokers, know what i mean.

*cheers*
