um you mean balance it?
you should really learn it, it's very simple..just get the same number of elements on both sides.
So on the right there are 2 irons, 3 oxygens, and 2 hydrogens. on the left there's 1 iron, 2 hydrogens and 1 oxygen.....
so

Fe2O3+ 3H2 ----> 2Fe + 3H2O

so now theres an equal amount on each side........learn it ,you're going to expand on this concept in chemistry
