people wanna see the shirts, don't wrap em. boxes--not unless it's a gift from him. there's cost, don't forget. why don't you go to a crafts store and get lots of raffia. Get shaped card things to be hangtags (or make em yourself.) Fold shirts just the way you should fold em. Tie the raffia (as if putting the ribbon on a gift box. Tie it off. Take the hangtags you made (and hole-punched!), and tie them to one end of the raffia bow (ya know, the longer part that hangs down--but not at the end...higher up). Nice, different, cool...attract young, med, old, hey, it's already gift-wrapped if someone needs a present; guys will just rip the raffia stuff off and toss it, girls/women will like it because it looks good....fool around with your ideas; it can be made seasonal W/tags, colored raffia...buy stickers (dunno if they will stick, tho; find something that does. put your logo on them and stick to the center of the bow...good luck!

Wrapping paper tube? Oatmeal or cornmeal (round) box? Make into a cube? I received one once that looked like a hockey puck! (All the air was removed!)
