go to www.o2.co.uk, register your details, and a detailed bill will be there. otherwise, your phone will tell you, on your call log. simply clear it on the date your monthly tarriff starts.

I have O2 contract and never knew how many minutes/ texts are left. But because they do se a roll over from previous month I am always have plenty. 3 has beautiful service in that case

The number depends on where you got your phone from. Call the number on your bill, or call customer services. I call 08700872000 to get my mins.
You can get cheap new phones from here. They are part of the carphonewarehouse group and very cheap.

i don't think you can, i used to be on 02 and i never knew, so i moved to orange and that has a service. the best way is to clear call logs each 1st day of your month and keep an eye on calls made.
