OMG!!! Have I had problems with the mil, YES a million times. I am married to her 24 year old BABY!!! At first it was almost a competition for her, she would compete for his affection, it was CRAZY!! Lucky for me she has settled way down and now we have a good relationship. Her son and I have a beautiful baby girl and she has straightened up quite a bit since her birth, conscience? I think not.

Yes. Now she is an EX-mother in law! She was a fanatical Jehovah's Witness, intent on trying to take custody of my ex-huband's children.

My man has issues with my mother. And, we are about to get married. I try to listen to both sides of the story. Sometimes, I wonder if they will ever get along. Yes, she is nosy too. But aren't all mothers nosy? He is just dealing with the situation. They see each other and, they are respectable. But, what really matters is that you married the man.

My mother-in-law is awesome never nosey and always an awesome help so I don't know what to tell you except that she only wants the best for her son and she is mostlikely concernd thats all

You could try being friends with her. Gossip about soap operas and etc. Or you could be the opposite and shun her. Don't answer her calls and don't open the door when she knocks. Let your spouse know how she bugs you and have him use his Ba11s to stand up for you. lol.

maybe she is worried you are spending too much of your husbands money?
yes, mine drives me crazy sometimes: every time we meet she always talks to me about money as if there is nothing more important in life!
