And I do believe I found a few good arguements to some of what ya said. Penal code or not....anything is possible...well as far as this goes any way. It must have taken a while to type the entire book ya got all of that from. Now I won't feel so bad when I feel like I have over done it. lol ...and there was another answer that made absolutely NO sense at all !! Boy, ya can find weirdo's anywhere these days. Sometimes I simply cannot believe some of the stuff I see on this thing. But I sure am glad someone invented these things called computers. Haven't seen the whole thread to which you seem to refer, but women are prosecuted all the time for rape. There have been several very welll-known cases of older female teachers absusing underage boys. That's rape, statutory or otherwise.

If we are limiting ourselves to adults here and assuming the woman has overpowered the man, the woman could certainly use a sex aid to effect penetration, which I am sure that most hetero men would consider to be just as much of a violation as women.

So - the answer is certainly Yes.

Sorry? Talk about making no sense. Your paragraph just goes on and on and says nothing. I don't even know what you think the answer to your question is.

Can a man be raped by a woman? Of course. Have you ever seen that rape scene in 40 days and 40 nights? (Not sure if that's the name of the movie, but you know which one I mean). He was bound to the bed, sleeping, his ex-gf gave him a hard-on and got on to ride. Of course then his current girl came in and saw it, and that was a disaster.

The point is, he was raped. The sex was non-consensual. Just as female teachers rape their adolescent male students. It's sick.

I don't know, but if any women want to get together and conduct an actual experiment to try and resolve this question, I will gladly offer myself as the victim... in the name of scientific research of course.

Yeah, yeah, I know... you can't rape the willing.

Rape is an act of skill. the belief of somebody apologizing for this heinous crime and looking out forward to to be forgiven because of the fact he's christian is the variety of pile of BS. That perception is taken under consideration one of the excuses I so strongly reject religions. This rapist would be reincarnated for the purpose of coming up atonement for his abusive aggressions. which would be his karmic criminal accountability The pagan would be reincarnated with the purpose to advance her non secular advance, and her karmic criminal accountability would be to make atonement for her transgressions she dedicated throughout her previous existence. the perception that one would be cleansed of their unacceptable habit by using apology, and bowing his head as he asks for forgiveness or by using confessing ones religiously defined "sin" to a clergyman, doing a penance of mentally asserting 10 Hail Marys, 4 apostles creed, and the prayer of the request for forgiveness is purely malarkey. those "sinners" will proceed to repeat the same unfavorable habit, week after week after week. Apology, so as that they have confidence, will cleanse them. Boy, how handy.

I think sex forced upon someone, whether male or female, is considered rape. Theory is that men want sex more than women, but that can also be true for some women about men. So....
