Simple, you can not get something he does not have. You can keep pushing the issue until they throw it in prison. Pathetic, I do not understand what makes some males and females not pay their child support and maintain the responsibility of their children. Good luck and God bless****

Have him shot and collect the insurance. He sounds pretty much like a useless slug anyway, but I'll be somewhere there's an insurance policy on him! LOL
But seriously. Jail really doesn't scare the really deadbeat Dads into working. Why would it? They get free medical, a bed, 3 meals, and a fitness program. All I've ever seen jail do is make them bitter and force them to work under the table and be more creative in order to avoid paying support.
If he refused to work when he was with you honey, where do you expect the money to come from? Or as Granny used to say: 'You can't get blood from a stone.' Get all the lawyers in the world and they can't make money materialize out of a loser.

Apply with the courts anyways. That way they will take away his liscense if he drives.
All your arrarages will add up and then he can also spend jail time!! The government will have records of his SS#, and if he works at all, they'll find it quick and start holding his money from his checks.
Speak with an attorney and see if there is more to do in these times.
He's a real loser when he's letting his own kids go without. I sure hope your kids see this.

Get a lawyer and go to court. Just about every state in the Union has "Deadbeat Dad" laws that allow judges to put lazy parents in jail for not paying child support. A few nights in the pokey, and playing "Who Dropped the Soap?" with some REAL criminals might get him motivated.

You can petition the courts to have a child support hearing and see if the judge will court order him to work to pay for the child support.

File in court then eventually the child support agency will put him in jail for non-support. Maybe he'll get the picture then.

If you are not legally seperated you cant.If you are legally seperated then take him to court its free.Go to your local child support division and talk to the prosicuters there!They will make him pay back support too!
