Easy. Piglet would win.
Babe is always far a way from home, meeting new friends and people. Sure, he meets some good people, but doesn't have enough time to bond with them enough to call in a 'posse' when he was in trouble.
Piglet on the other hand would call on his boys, C-Rob and the Hundered Acres Boyz to take care o'business.

Piglet , because Christopher Robin would be there with a bear and a donkey and a tiger and an owl and also piglet can stand up on two legs so he could move around better than Babe.

It depends: knowing piglets cowardice ways im sure he would invite his hundred acre friends to join and kick the shi.t out of babe. However, babe has friends too but the little duck will just seize the opportunity to escape. So if i had to place my money it would be on Piglet and pooh and tiger as his backers.
