Tell the person that's in the affair to fess up - give them a chance to do the right thing. Then if it's not done within a set time period - go and tell her. That shouldn't be kept from anyone. I would take the right steps and proceed with caution.

And just what do you hope to gain from this? Or are you one of those playa-hatas? LOL
But Seriously, if she's not your close personal friend, then butt out before you make two enemies. Your friend (for breaking the Man-Law of don't ask don't tell) and your friend's wife, for 'lying' (shattering her illusions of her man) about her husband.
Avoid the drama and just be a good friend to be there to pick up the pieces if things go to hell.

One word: nope.
Even though your intentions may be good, it's basically NEVER a good idea to get in the middle of this.
Chances are the wife already knows that something isn't right in her marriage. If she ASKS you, feel free to tell what you know. If not-- stay out of it.

If you have strong evidence, then yes, present the evidence to his wife. I suspected my husband was having an affair for months, despite weak evidence, so he always denied it. It took his wh*re to call me and tell me for him to finally admit it. I knew when i suspected it, I wanted to know the truth. So, yes tell her, she has a right to know and then its her choice if she stays. Noone deserves that betrayel.

don't think u should tell her, as that will just make u the trouble maker in her eyes. your intent is good, and u mean well, but things like this are never taken well. stay out of it, as she will find out soon enough on her own.
