i havn't been filthy rich but i had a respectable income and social status and then not. It changes you a little. I was still a nice guy, probably even nicer. I was more confident, it's almost a challenge to keep grounded and humble, and still remember your own hard times, those behind you and still to come.

You see those who are poor or just getting by and feel a little superior, like you worked for it and you deserve it, why don't they work harder, but then you may find yourself not getting the type of checks you did. and what now; are you less deserving or intelligent than you were.

I think it will effect everyone in some way or another, not that you have to change for the worse.

I myself would NOT change. My Situation would.
I wouldn't be in this endless poverty I am living in. I would buy
myself a house & a car, and my Sister the same.

I would get my church 10% so they could do some things they
have been wanting to do with their share of the money.

I would stock the local food bank. And let the homeless have
a great turkey dinner on me.

Once it happens I would no longer have the severe anxiety and
depression I now have. I want a house so bad. with a garage.
I live in a 5 floor high rise - I want peace and I want a garage so
my car isn't out in the bad weather.

And I would take some people to the Holy Land to see where
our Lord Jesus Christ lived and walked.

I just want to be free.

No, never. I would like to think that with extra money to burn that I could help out a lot of people. I often dream of winning the lottery and how much I will give to family and friends. Next I would help the less fortunate, including animals. Setup a scholarship in the inner city schools. Donate money to humane societies. Help needy families at Christmas time. I think that I could become a better person if I had the funds to do so. It would make me so happy.

Me! I would get the best personal trainers & cosmetic surgeons money can buy. Once I love my body I would move top Scotalnd or maybe Northern England. Make sure all of my family was out of debt and had a nice little nest egg. Give most away to charities.

You never get something that wasn't there in the first place no matter where you take it. Be sure of who you are. I shy from being rich. To prosper is another story. What's rich? A rich guy was asked ' How much is enough? ' He said; ' Just a little bit more. ' There's always going to be the desire for ' just a little bit more. ' No thanks.

I suppose so. I'd sleep a little later, eat a little better and enjoy my life a whole lot more. I'd do things with my new-found free time that my job now disallows me to do.

Would I make big donations to charities, et cetera? No. I'd make donations to the National Rifle Association and to the National Right to Life Committee. There is nothing more important than preserving our right to own and use firearms and to keep babies from being killed before they are born.

Not in aspects of personality except to be more confident and feel secure about my financial future. I wouldn't become greedy and rude, but my lifestyle would change e.g. buy a house, do some voluntary work abroad, have time to learn what I want and visit places. I'd make sure my nearest and dearest are secure and set up a will to ensure my assets would go to who I want them to be left to.

Depends how rich I became!! ;-)

The first thing I would do is fly my family out to Florida so I can see his British pub he's got out there - then I'd bring him and his wife back with us cos I miss them so much!!
