Hopefully, most guys won't have any use for a bra.
Thongs, on the other hand, are fair game for anyone who likes them. Some women even like their men in thongs...
(I prefer mine in nothing, but hey, to each his own...)
Nevertheless, if they really want to wear a bra and thong, they have every right to.

It's not really socially accepted, but well...I guess he can wear a man-bra if he needs the support...(some men have even bigger breasts than I do, sooooo...)...and a thong...whatever...it's not anyone's business what he wears under his clothes - that's that...

Is he getting paid? Does he look good in them? Does his girlfriend think it's a turn-on? Would this be in public or private? A lot of angles to consider in a question as complex as this one. Probably someone who has nothing better to do could spend a lot of time thinking about it.
