Seating at Point Depot in Dublin?

Can anyone shed light on whether or not the following would be considered good seats: STALLT Row C seats 39 & 40 ?

I think you are fairly good. Whats the concert ? I have balcony E, row A for Roger Waters. Couldnt be better !
