After your menstruation, stop sex for 14 days and your partner should not waste his sperms during these abstain days,on the 16th day have copulation, after that, 1/2 an hour you continue to lay on your back. Then by the next 29th day you will know the result,if not positive consult a physician.

Conceiving is mostly about trying. Try every chance you get for a few days prior to your projected ovulation time, during the ovulation time and a day or so after. Semen can stay alive and active in a warm vagina for several days. 4 months seems like a long time, but it's really not. You may have to just keep at it. Try different positions. Put your legs up after you have sex. I've heard that sperm have an easier time of it if you've had an orgasm first. And if, after about a year, nothing is happening, then see a fertility doctor to find out what's up.

When trying for a baby remember always go to a fertility doctor especially if you have problems. It also helps to remember that you should try to conceive when ovulating b/c: 1. You will get too stressed by trying all the time. 2. It helps also to have fun while trying and he doesn't have to wear protection either and be worried about if his man-hood is working correctly. Remember to have not just good baby making but good love making too.

See a gynaecologist, it is a perfect science now, the doctor will provide kit and instruction after a brief examination to see if all is well if some thing is wrong he will correct it.

Hey...... you will not conceive if you try alone even if you try till your menopause. You need a male partner who would impregnate you. Did'nt your doctor say that to you?
