Why do some of you people answer the question without looking it up when your completely WRONG?
Ron W nailed it the first time. Don Shula (one of the greatest coaches EVER) was the first to take to different franchises to the Super Bowl.
I can't believe someone said John Madden brought The Rams to The Super Bowl LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL!

You're all wrong. It was Vince Lombardi. He coached the Green Bay Packers in super bowl I and Green Bay Packers in super bowl II. Same franchise but 2 different teams.
