...by those blasted speed cameras? By the way I was doing 36 on a 30 for all those smart alecs who may want to patronise me

They have to send it to you within 14 days of the offence.

If it doesn't arrive in 14 days you're safe, because it can't be legally enforced if they've not sent it in that timescale.


Hopefully it was one of those cameras with no film in, a lot are not loaded.

hi I've had a few (6) in the last 2 years - I've had a notice for doing 37 on a 30 road - they usually come through about 2 weeks later - I did have one where it took 2 months for it to come through !

Even though you were flashed .most of the speed cameras are not loaded
