you're a bit late for that but the salvation army chruches have a social services outreach branch in every church you need to start thinking about this next year if you need it right after thanksgiving or perhaps the week before thanksgiving

Try your local Highway Patrol Post. A lot of the times they sponsor Secrete Santa, Toys for Tots and such but keeps it quiet that it is from them. Also, try any of the public agencies, welfare office etc...

i think its too late for salvation army, but i would go there and ask and maybe they can tell you of places that still take names. i know community care in my area already did their signups and people waited hours and hours to get on the list just for a few groceries. its sad to say, but too many people take advantage of the situation and ruin it for people who really need it.
