Yes that's nice but don't be tempted to name her Gracie. The name is Grace. Leave Gracie as your pet name for her. Like a family name, then it is more personal. Whatever you choose as a second name just ensure it does not have the same number of syllables as the first name or it will sound like a rhyme

I think Gracie is a great name (no need to name her the formal Grace). I teach drama to preschoolers and every Gracie I have encountered is the cutest, kindest child of the lot. As for middle names, here's a few suggestions, however a middle name is a great way to honor a good friend, your parents/grandparents, or an inspirational person. Just something to consider. Here are some middle names I'd consider if I had a little Gracie.
Gracie Ann
Gracie Marie
Gracie Paige
Gracie Jo
Gracie Lynn
Gracie Lee
Gracie Sue

Gracie Lynn, Gracie Ann, Gracie Joy, Gracie Rae, Gracie Tara, Gracie Bree, Gracie Diane, Gracie Margaret, Gracie Jane, Gracie Sara.
Good Luck
P.S. I love the name Gracie. Good choice. If you love the name Gracie, don't been swayed toward something else. People will call her Grace for short but her given name will always remain the name you loved.

If the baby's last name begins with a consonant, choose a middle name of the same letter.
Example:Jones is last name, Gracie is first name, the middle name could begin with the letter J

I agree with Doorman. Think about what she is going to be called in school, and how Gracie is going to come off in business when she gets older. Name her Grace, call her Gracie because you like it, and choose from the many suggested middle names listed.
Congratulations on your family addition.
