I always find I can never think of anything I'd like for Christmas and I end up just suggesting stuff that I'm not really fussed for because people always feel they have to buy me something, quite honestly, I'd rather have money if there is nothing specific I want, then at least I can stick it in the bank until I find something I do want rather than just having a gift that looked alright as something in the right price bracket to suggest.

one can't ever receive too many christmas presents. but one can surely give too many christmas presents, and need to stop just before giving presents they cannot afford to give, or that could put them into debt til the next christmas time, if not longer.

Yes, it's possible to have too many Christmas presents. Especially if people are overspending on you in a bid to make you happy.

Yes if you are just asking for stuff just to be racking up the gifts then it becomes too many if you want to make sure that you get the most presents.

Yes. And if you get the magic number, let me know. This year, I feel like I'm on this buying frenzy and it's totally crazy. I think a couple of nice, thoughtful gifts for the people you love and even one inexpensive token of love for close friends is plenty. But that's not what my credit card statement is showing. Apparently I REALLY love my friends and family this year. I'm not a big Christian, but Christmas is a holiday if not about Jesus, then definitely love. And retailism isn't really a show of love.

but if I really get a few, then I'm happy. christmas is all about being with family

honestly there you cant really have to many christmas present but who ever your giving them to make sure they are not taking it forgranted because if u ever start to lower the number they will become very greedy
