Depends on what your own personal inspiration is. Money is a very good mood booster for most people at work. More work (overtime), the more money.
Or you can try taking a nice stroll around the block, by simply excercising and getting your body to be a bit more active, your mind will also feel the benefits of the energy you are exerting.
There are many ways to excite and motivate you, it's all going to be different things for different people. Just stay positive, active, and you will feel in the mood for anything.

Promise yourself that you'll do 15 minutes of work. Then if you *really* want to stop, you can. Stop for half an hour and goof off online, watch tv.. whatever. Then try another 15. Repeat.
But after the first 15 if you can stand to continue, promise yourself another 15 minutes. Pretty soon you'll be involved in your task and will be making progress.

getting it done especially if you are getting paid and you know you have too. or if its almost the weekend and you have a few hours to finish till you are free for the weekend.
